Service Termination Notice

Thank you for your royalty and support on Online Printing GRAPHIC English.
After much deliberation, the decision has been made to discontinue the all of our English service due to the aging system.
This English website will close on Jun. 30th, 2019.
Following this, the acceptance of new membership sregistrations and sample requests has been ended after this notice.

Online Printing GRAPHIC English has provided a variety of services as the English website of GRAPHIC mainly for the English-speaking customers living in Japan since Apr. 2011.
Thank you so much for using our service until now.

After the termination, customers registered from the English website can continuously use the same membership account on our Japanese website to place printing orders.
Therefore, you can still review your order history from your MyPage on the Japanese website.
However, after the termination, customer service will be basically provided in Japanese only.
We apologize for the inconvenience regarding this decision.

Once again, we sincerely appreciate your continuous support for our service.
We will commit to support the service until the very last day.
We look forward to receiving your orders again from our Japanese website in the future.

Q&A about Termination

What is the difference of products between the English and Japanese website?
All the products are available on the Japanese website.
The printing factory is the same and the basic quality will not change. However, all the customer services including explanation on website, phone call, email will be basically provided only in Japanese.
I am not so good at Japanese and having concerns.
We regret to inform you that the English customer service is going end when the service terminated.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Although this might be not enough, we made a quick guide how to place orders.

If you need special help, we would like to, as much as possible.
However, we have only a few English-speaking staff so please understand it might take time.
Do I need to create a new account to use the Japanese website?
No. It is not necessary to create a new account other than the current English account.
Previously, customers had never been able to use the English account on the Japanese website.
Now, our system allows you to use the English account on the Japanese website for customers’ usability. Or, if you do not have any account of our service, please create a new account from the Japanese website.
What is going to happen to my orders being processed after the termination?
After the termination, the order will be still valid and you can check the status of them from your MyPage on the Japanese website.
What is going to happen to my account after the termination?
Your account will be still valid after the termination and available on the Japanese website.
What is going to happen to my available points on my account after the termination?
Your point will be still valid after the termination and available on the Japanese website.
Regardless this termination, the point cannot be converted into cash and it will be expired on the expiry date according to our Points Terms & Conditions.
Can I review my order history after the termination?
Yes. You can review the order history from your MyPage on the Japanese website after the termination.

I have another account registered from the Japanese website. Can I integrate them?
A No. In any cases, multiple accounts cannot be integrated into one.

How can I withdraw the membership?
1. Login to your MyPage.

2. Find “Registered Info & Point” on the top.

3. Click “Quit Membership”.

*You cannot quit membership when you have orders being processed.

How to Review the Order History
